桃園市政府地方稅務局2樓藝文走廊自即日起展出「陳玉燕個人國畫展」，由陳玉燕老師帶來國畫個展。展覽期間至115年6月26日止，每週一至週五上午8時至下午5時（國定假日不開放），歡迎民眾蒞臨欣賞。 中華書畫藝術源遠流長，從傳統的氣韻、意境與創作形成傳統構思和當代藝術。陳老師師承莊壹竹、陳正治等二位老師，基礎的傳統水墨紮根，再加入現代水墨之思維創意，並持續學習繪畫技巧，讓作品呈現出豐富且多樣的面貌。 此次作品內容多元，包括山水、雲海、花鳥等彩墨畫，竭誠歡迎藝術同好及市民朋友們蒞臨指導與欣賞，陳老師藉著畫筆，娓娓道來對於藝術的感受與喜愛，在佇足欣賞的同時，期能傳達美好賞心悅目的視覺享受。

本展是尼果（Nico Tsai）插畫創作個展，由中原大學室內設計學系謝文哲老師策劃。現場展出以貓頭鷹為主題的繪畫作品，並包含木作與紙塑立體創作。藝術家以日常的想像與生活點滴化為靈感，在畫中打造出一座小森林，邀請一隻隻個性鮮明、有趣的貓頭鷹們在這裡棲息。 對尼果而言，貓頭鷹除了是夜晚的守護者，也是靜靜觀察世界的存在；而「眼睛裡的貓頭鷹」，則同時指向貓頭鷹的凝視，以及觀者在作品中所映照出的不同心境。展覽中的每一隻貓頭鷹都像是一面小鏡子，映照出我們心裡最純粹的一面，在忙碌的生活節奏中，為大家空出一個可以安靜休息的小角落，邀請您一起在可愛小使者的陪伴下放慢腳步，感受畫布上跳動的療癒能量，展開一段與自我對話的溫暖時光。 The Owl in the Eye—Nico Tsai’s Illustration Exhibition The Owl in the Eye is the first solo exhibition by illustrator Nico Tsai, curated by Professor Wen-Zhe Hsieh of the Department of Interior Design at Chung Yuan Christian University. The exhibition features nearly one hundred owl-themed illustrations, along with three-dimensional works in wood and paper sculpture. For many years, the artist has drawn inspiration from imagination and everyday experiences, transforming fragments of daily life into delicate and emotionally resonant imagery. Through this process, Nico gradually builds a world of owls rich in character and feeling. For Nico, the owl is both a guardian of the night and a quiet observer of the world. The phrase “the owl in the eye” refers not only to the owl’s gaze, but also to the shifting states of mind reflected in the viewer when encountering the works. Each owl in the exhibition responds to moments of joy and sorrow, humor and tenderness in everyday life. Through fine lines and gentle colors, the works create a pause within the rhythm of a busy world. Centered on the ideas of observation and companionship, the exhibition invites viewers to slow their pace and experience the quiet warmth within the works. Under the watchful presence of the owls, visitors are encouraged to enter a gentle moment of reflection and begin a quiet conversation with themselves.

迴島重構—賴子昕藝術個展 本次展覽呈現藝術家賴子昕20餘件油畫創作。在一段停下創作的日子裡，他選擇以環島作為重新對話的契機，走過山海，也走進災後重建的現場，在旅途中重新尋回自我。這段歷程使他不斷思考「意義」與「無意義」之間的距離；當他重新回到畫布前，不再追求預設的答案，而是將「自由」確立為創作得以成立的核心條件。在每一次落筆與提頓之間，他容許疑問、掙扎與不確定的存在，誠實地面對每一次筆觸下的感知波動。 作品並不指向單一議題或既定敘事，而是帶領觀者回到創作最根本的起點：在文字與詮釋過剩的當代經驗中，保留理解的自由，讓情感與意識自然生成。展場刻意減少文字的干涉，邀請觀者卸下既有的框架，依循直覺進入顏料與思緒交織的場域。這是一場關於回望、提問與重構的旅程，讓畫面成為情感內化的空間，在對話中找回屬於每個人內心深處那份純粹的自由之美。 Reconstructing the Island—Lai Tzu Hsin Solo Art Exhibition This exhibition presents more than twenty oil paintings by artist Lai Tzu Hsin. During a period when he stepped away from painting, he chose to travel around Taiwan as a way to begin a renewed dialogue with himself. Along the journey he moved through mountains and coastlines, and also visited sites undergoing post-disaster reconstruction. Through this experience, he gradually rediscovered a sense of self. The journey led him to reflect repeatedly on the distance between “meaning” and “meaninglessness.” When he returned to the canvas, he no longer sought predetermined answers. Instead, he established freedom as the essential condition that allows creation to exist. With each gesture of the brush, between every stroke and pause, he allows doubt, struggle, and uncertainty to remain present, honestly facing the shifting perceptions that arise with every mark. The works do not point toward a single theme or fixed narrative. Rather, they guide viewers back to the most fundamental point of creation. In a contemporary experience saturated with words and interpretation, the works preserve the freedom to understand, allowing emotion and awareness to emerge naturally. The exhibition space intentionally reduces textual intervention, inviting viewers to set aside familiar frameworks and enter the field where pigment and thought intertwine through intuition. This exhibition is a journey of reflection, questioning, and reconstruction. The painted surface becomes a space where emotion is internalized. Within this quiet dialogue, each viewer may rediscover the pure beauty of freedom that resides deep within the heart.

由伊甸基金會桃園分事務所結合桃園市第二區早期療育發展中心、大園區加樂工作坊、喜樂日照中心及沐陽會所四個單位，共同策劃《光從心底升起》早療家庭與身心障礙者創作聯展，展現三年來累積超過百件創作成果。 本次展覽涵蓋繪畫、攝影、電繪、毛線手作及詩文等多元形式。其中第二區早療中心的照顧者紓壓方案，陪伴家長藉由藝術找回重新面對生活的力量，而此次也特別展出社工與照顧者共創的粉彩作品，柔和的色彩與線條，是家長們所釋放的壓力與情緒，更展現照顧路上的溫柔與堅定。

為迎接充滿愛與感謝的母親節，本所特別攜手 Chin油畫教室林麗琴老師及15位師生，共同舉辦「溫馨五月・藝文傳情」母親節油畫特展。 本次展出共25件精選作品，內容融合人物、動物（如Panchi、母鴨帶小鴨）、花卉及玉山意象，透過細膩的油畫筆觸，生動呈現親子互動的溫馨時刻，傳遞母愛的溫暖與偉大。每一幅作品皆蘊含對母親深深的感謝與祝福。

桃園市政府法務局於藝文走廊定期展出畫作，強化藝術連結，增進人文氣息。

李家清代自福建省漳州府詔安縣，輾轉來到大溪月眉。家族經營「金興商號」，透過大漢溪水運之利，運輸米糧而致富，並以仁善之風聞名當世。 李家子孫人才輩出，除大溪唯一文舉人李騰芳（1814-1879）外，本次亦展出臺灣國家棒球隊總教練李詩計（1911-1951）、助產婦暨大溪鎮民代表李宣（1916-1995）的故事。 展覽分為「生活情境」與「家族簡介」兩大展區。「生活情境」展區依據李家故事陳設，重現世家大族的生活情景；「家族簡介」展區則以圖文展版、影音文物幫助觀眾快速掌握李家歷史，五大主題包含： 一、李金興家族緣起 二、棒球先驅李詩計 三、大溪助產婦李宣 四、古宅模型劇場 五、建築之美

策展人：傅鈺 陳宗鎮的水墨創作，始終遊走於自然景觀與內在精神之間。早年以山水寫生為基礎，透過對天地景物的觀察，體會筆墨與自然的呼應；其後逐步由外在景象轉向內在心境，以彩墨、層疊肌理與空間構成，發展出兼具詩意與精神性的藝術語彙。 在他的筆下，景物並非靜止的風景，而是時間流動後沉澱的痕跡。墨色的濃淡、色層的交融，以及留白之間的呼吸，使自然形貌逐漸轉化為心境的映照。其創作從自然寫生走向心象構築，始終關注人與天地之間微妙而深刻的關係。畫面中的山川、地景與光影，不只是觀看所得，更是一種沉澱後的精神凝視。 「時空凝練」，不只是對景物的描寫，更像是將生命感知收束於筆墨之間，使時間成為層次，空間化為意境，在虛實流轉之間，展開屬於陳宗鎮的水墨視界。 開幕座談：6/14(日)14:30 主題：「時空凝練」陳宗鎮的水墨視界 與談人： 桃園市文化局主秘 張至敏 桃園市薪傳藝術家 徐文印 桃園市水墨藝術家 許秀珠

此展的創作主題描繪了古老植物的原生場地，不論是深入雨林的心臟或千年的灰漠大地，對我們都像是平行時空，然而那個未知的世界總有不可思議的古老植物們靜靜地守在那裡，透過畫作深刻感受到那個來自異世界的巨大生命力。
